ALL ARE WELCOME!
If you were shipwrecked on a deserted island, what is one item of comfort you would want to have with you?
Questions:
- What does uncertainty mean to you? What does your personal experience of uncertainty look like and feel like?
- Think of a trip or vacation when something didn't go as planned. What happened?
- What did you learn about yourself from experiences of uncertainty? What do you need to remind yourself about in order to navigate the next uncertain time?
Quotes:
"I want to get more comfortable being uncomfortable.
I want to get more confident being uncertain.
I don't want to shrink back just because something isn't easy.
I want to push back and make room in the area between I can and I can't."
–Kristin Armstrong (Olympic gold medalist)
"It's not about what happens, it's about how we relate to what happens."
–Kristin Neff
