Join Rivers East Village and the Gladstone Senior Center in celebrating the International Day of Older Persons on Saturday, Oct. 1 from 2:30 - 5:00 pm.  And we won't just be standing around - have you heard of speed dating?  Well, how about "speed visiting?"  What better way to meet community neighbors than by spending a quick few minutes getting to know a little bit about them?  Then, if you have shared interests, backgrounds, etc. you can follow up with each other afterward.

 

This is something new for us, and we're delighted that the Gladstone Senior Center is partnering with us in this celebration/community gathering. We know there are a lot of active, vibrant, independent older folk out there, and we'd like to get to know more of you.
