Longtime REV member Edith Minde has recently downsized and moved to a smaller home in Southeast Portland, conveniently located next door to her son and his family, who will be nearby to provide support as needed. The good news is that Edith plans to continue serving as a REV volunteer and as editor of our newsletter.

As Edith's family prepares her former home on SE Concord Road for sale, the contents of the house must first be cleared out. To help with this effort, seven REV volunteers, along with Edith's family, will be hosting a Moving Sale on June 18, 19, and 20.

Edith has generously offered to donate a portion of the sale proceeds to REV as a way of expressing her appreciation for the friendships, support, and sense of community she has enjoyed as a member. The sale will be advertised as a benefit for REV, and REV signage and brochures will be available for visitors who would like to learn more about our organization.

This will be a HUGE sale! Shoppers will find items throughout the house, on the patio, and in four garages. There will be something for everyone, including many unique treasures waiting to be discovered.

Please help spread the word by sharing information about the sale with your friends, neighbors, and family members who enjoy bargain hunting and treasure seeking. We hope to see a great turnout!
