End of Life Choices Oregon is a nonprofit organization that provides compassionate support, education, and advocacy for Oregonians and their families facing end-of-life decisions. We will talk about Oregon’s Death with Dignity Act and legal end-of-life options, including medical aid in dying and voluntary stopping of eating and drinking. An overview will be given of how the Medical Aid in Dying process works and its usage in Oregon since 1997.
East Side Village volunteers C Frank Wolfe and Valerie Fisher are graciously presenting at this thought provoking free event. Please join us at the Gladstone Library Community Room on Monday, September 21st from 1:00 to 2:00.
Seating and parking is limited. Please plan to carpool if you can. Registration is required.
